2. Eligibility and User Incumbencies
You warrant that you are at least eighteen years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts, and you undertake to provide authentic information when booking the service call and to refrain from unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct when visiting the Site or dealing with our technician.
3. Services Offered
InstaMobile Locksmith provides residential, commercial, automotive, and emergency locksmith services, including lockouts, key cutting, smart-lock installation, ignition repair, and security-system upgrades in Grand Junction and nearby areas. 4. Booking, Pricing, and Payment
Appointments are subject to technician availability. Prices quoted over the phone or web-based are estimates only; final charges relate to the actual time, parts, and labor incurred on site, along with taxes and mileage, where applicable. Payment shall be rendered on completion of service and service rendered in cash or by major credit card or through any other acceptable means. Specialty jobs may also require deposits.
5. Cancelled Visits or No-Show
You have the right to cancel the visit free of charge until one hour before the agreed arrival window. Cancellation made under one hour or no-show from the customer shall be subject to the call-out fee payable to cover the travel time of the technician.
6. Emergency and After-Hours Service
InstaMobile Locksmith endeavors to reach the client within the shortest possible time on a 24/7 basis, making the arrival time only an estimate, which can be altered by traffic conditions, weather, or sheer volume of calls. We shall not be held accountable for any losses resulting from delay outside of our reasonable control, including any force-majeure events.

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InstaMobile Locksmith, together with its owners, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees incurred on a reasonable basis, arising due to a breach by you of the Terms or from your negligent or wrongful conduct.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed under the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Jurisdiction and venue shall lie exclusively with the state or federal courts located in Mesa County, Colorado, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
16. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, you undertake to notify InstaMobile Locksmith thereof and shall attempt to settle such dispute amicably at least for a period of thirty (30) days before initiating any proceedings. If unresolved, the parties agree to non-binding mediation in Grand Junction prior to commencement of any litigation.

From time to time, InstaMobile Locksmith may make changes and updates to these Terms. The date under “Last Updated” changes whenever a new revision is published. Using the Site after any modifications to these Terms shall signify acceptance of the revised Terms.
